Covenants, Easements, and Restrictions (CE&R)

Article VII, Section 12. Accessory Buildings, Out Buildings and Other Improvements. See page 58 of the covenants linked above. A portion of the text is below for informational purposes only. Please read the section of the covenants in full.
"In any event, and whether or not specifically provided for by this Declaration or this Article or specifically mentioned in this Article, no improvement, structure, building (temporary or permanent), fence, wall, driveway, sidewalk, parking area or other structure or improvement shall be placed on any Lot unless same is specifically permitted by this Article or is specifically approved, in advance, by the Developer, as long as the Developer holds the Architectural Control Powers pursuant to this Article and thereafter by the Board of Directors of the Association or its Architectural Control Committee."
Article XI, Section 7. Parking. See page 82 of the covenants linked above. Commercial Vehicles. A portion of the text is below for informational purposes only. Please read the section of the covenants in full.
"'Commercial vehicles' shall mean any vehicle which has placed thereon or affixed thereto or displayed therefrom any sign, any business name or logo, or any other information identifying it or associating it with any business or commercial enterprise, or political candidate, political issue or product."
Article VII, Section 9. Lot Perimeter Fences/Fences/Dog Pens. See page 56 of the covenants linked above. Approval is required by the HOA prior to construction.
There are specific guidelines regarding both the height and materials. Some fencing companies will handle the HOA approval process for you, so you may want to ask your chosen company if they offer this service.
The best way to request approval from the HOA yourself is by submitting the form on the CAM website. If you have used their portal before, you can access it here. Once logged in, look for the link labeled "Architectural Requests" to begin your application.

Article XI, Section 7. Parking. See page 82 of the covenants linked above. Campers, trailers, and commericial vehicles (among other things) are not permitted parked in driveways or streets except under cover (in the attached garage). "No uncovered parking space on the Parcel or within the Development or on or within any street of the Development, or within any Lot, shall be used for the parking of any trailer, truck, boat, camper, mobile home, motor home or commercial vehicle or any vehicle other than operative automobiles, pickup trucks, vans or similar utility vehicles which are not "commercial vehicles" and which are used as passenger vehicles, and are in good condition and repair, and are used with very substantial, regular frequency. Any vehicle parked within the Development or upon any street running within the Development, must be a vehicle (i.e., an automobile, pickup truck, van or similar utility vehicle) which is not a "commercial vehicles" and which complies with these regulations, and is in good condition, and which is in good operating condition, and which is used with very substantial regular frequency as a passenger vehicle. It is the intention of the parties that inoperative automobiles, or other inoperative vehicles, not be placed or parked within any uncovered parking space the Development, and not be parked or stored within the Development, or upon any street within the Development. Automobiles or vehicles not used with substantial regular frequency shall not be placed within uncovered parking spaces within the Development."
Roll carts for trash collection purposes are required to be stored in a concealed location. As per Article XI, Section 11. Trash, Storage and Disposal/Dumping. "No Lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish, trash, garbage or other waste. All trash, rubbish, garbage and other waste or materials being thrown away or disposed of must be placed or contained in one or more trash cans or containers, which cans or containers shall be fly tight, rodent proof, nonflammable, reasonably waterproof and shall be covered. Such cans or containers are to be stored in concealed locations on Lots, and may be placed in open locations only for a period of not in excess of eight (8) continuous hours in any week, so as to facilitate collection."
